  • Advise both sellers and buyers

Your responsibilities:
Customer management for the Leasing and Investment department
  • Care of the customer base – on the phone and in person
  • Customer care, support and advice on general questions about our properties
  • Sales support for the brokerage teams in operational brokerage activities
     
Acquisition of new clients for Leasing and Investment
  • Research to identify new clients (national / international)
  • Preparation of acquisition documents
  • Autonomous execution of acquisition measures
     
What you bring with you:
  • An open, friendly and proactive manner
  • Rhetorical and communicative skills, especially on the phone
  • Analytical thinking and understanding of complex issues
  • Enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Professional experience in acquisition and/or sales
  • Organisational talent and professional conduct
  • Very good German language skills
  • Good English (other languages are also welcome)

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
