Realkon brokers 580 m² of retail space for new Specialized store on Jungfernstieg in Hamburg

The realty firm Realkon Immobilien, which specialises in brokering commercial properties as investments and retail stores for lease in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, has brokered a shop space for the bicycle company Specialized at number 40 Jungfernstieg in Hamburg. The new store boasts around 580 m² of sales area on the ground and first floors and represents a relocation for Specialized within Hamburg from Grosse Burstah 31 to Jungfernstieg 40. The store is scheduled to open before Christmas this year. The lessor is an institutional investor.
